Social Compliance

Goods are made in workshops that have passed rigorous examinations for fair treatment of workers & compliance with safety standards. Our workshops are Sedex, WRAP, or BSCI certified. We believe that ethical manufacturing is the foundation of quality products.

Sampling

Depending on client requirements, we provide proto samples, pre-production samples, shipment samples, and photo samples. All samples are carefully reviewed internally before sending samples to you.

Creative Services

You are guaranteed to receive valuable input during the creative process. Our creative support includes review of design details, brushing up artwork, material suggestions, and size chart adjustments. We help turn your ideas into production-ready designs.

Testing

Each material undergoes an internal risk analysis. Common tests we perform include: seam slippage, pilling, cross-staining, color fastness,shrinkage,  harmful substances & consumer wash testing. We test so you can trust.

Sourcing

Whether it's fabrics, print patterns, or trims, we provide plenty of input based on your sourcing requests. We have all the resources available to get you everything you need.
From everyday basics to exclusive custom prints, we source it all.

Confidentiality

Your designs are your designs—not your competitor's. Your products will not be shown to any of our other clients, and we have strict rules against the use of our client's designs by third parties. Your trust is our priority.

Quality Control

All goods are carefully checked by our QC team before being packed and shipped. Loose threads are trimmed, defective items are repaired or removed, and shortages are replenished. Only products that pass our strict checks make it to you

FAQ

Are our designs safe with you?

Your designs are 100% safe with us. As part of our code of conduct, your designs will not be shared with anyone who isn’t directly involved in manufacturing your product.

As part of our manufacturing services, each product undergoes a risk analysis, and a testing menu is created based on the product and fabric characteristics. Common tests we perform include:

  • Home laundering
  • Color fastness
  • Shrinkage
  • Anti-pilling
  • Seam strength

Other tests can be arranged upon request at additional cost.

While we don’t typically produce salesman samples, we understand that some established brands require them as part of their selling process. For long-standing brands that can easily meet minimums, we are happy to try and offer this service.

For new brands that are not yet established, we can only provide salesman samples if combined with a confirmed purchase order that meets our MOQ.

We believe tech packs are best created by the brand’s own design team, as they are part of the creative process. Having the supplier create them takes too much control away from the brand.

What we can do is work closely with you to make your tech packs as clear and detailed as possible, ensuring that samples and quotes come out exactly as expected.

Once we have all the necessary details from you—such as your tech pack and quality reference materials—we need approximately 4-5 days to provide an initial costing. The final costing will be confirmed after sampling, which typically takes another 1-2 weeks following the quotation.

We work with many luxury brands that prefer us to be discreet about their name and products. While many suppliers fill their websites and catalogs with brand logos, this is often exaggerated and many brands do not appreciate their names being displayed publicly.

Therefore, we choose to be discreet and only share this information in confidential settings.

We dedicate significant time and resources to material sourcing. Most well-known materials can be sourced within a few days. Newer or more exclusive fabrics may take a bit longer, as we need to check with multiple suppliers across different regions.

In rare cases where the exact fabric you want is not available, we can arrange for custom development. This means the fabric mill will produce trial yardage specifically for you. This is usually only necessary when nothing similar is available in the market.
